"This 5 star is for Julian Guerra From QPS. Although we do enjoy PMI and they did get a hold of this vendor, it took over a week to do so while we waited in this 100 degree weather in a 3rd floor apartment building. We haven't had any issues with them before this, but we definitely were upset about this. My wife and I had a broken AC unit and we have been asking property management to get this fixed as soon as we realized it was broken for sure. A week passed and about 10 phone calls later..finally they called Julian and he got ahold of us immediately. He wasn't even able to come all the way out to us because he was working at a job site already. He ended up video chatting me and talked me through everything for troubleshooting the AC. He was willing to come down to see the problem after his current job if troubleshooting didn't work, but after some looking and testing different things out, we got it to work! All we needed was a phone call, but all of the other vendors apparently were ignoring the work orders and didn't bother to call according to the office. We really appreciate Julian, he isn't even a guy who works on AC units typically. 11/10 I would recommend Julian. I hope he continues to work with PMI."
